New Teresa Collins mini pads

Isn't that gorgeous?  Makes me wanna pull out my flip flops!  hehe  Here's how she made it...

You can use a digital die cutter, like the Gazelle, to cut your ring or simply trace some plates from your kitchen and hand cut them. 

Next, hand cut (or use your dies) various leafs from different patterns and in different sizes and adhere them to the ring.

Embellish with flowers from the patterned paper and you're done!
